At Jeyachandran Bridal Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
- Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or altered products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos for assistance.
